Mission Hint:
So it seems you didnt do a good enough job on the witness earlier on.
Ok, time to finish it.
You need to ram an Ambulance with Rays partner inside, once rammed enough, a body cast will drop out.
The cast is flame resistant, so Rockets, Grenades, and Flame Throwers wont work. The easiest way is to take a few runs over him in your car (called Staunton Speedbumps) keep running him over till he is dead. |

Actually, the cast ISN'T flame resistent. I found that running the witness over had little to no affect, so I kept lobbing grenades at him. They eventually killed him. I don't know if it was a glitch or something, but it worked.

I've played this twice. Once running him over worked and the second time it didn't. I used rockets to kill him the second time because tunning him over didn't do anything.

Ok guys, this is so easy you should feel evil for doing it :)
Get a rocket launcher from the barracks (the place you did the "Arms Shortage" mission)
Go talk to our loud buddy ray then race back to your hideout.
Wait atop the ramp until the ambulance comes up to the intersection to your left. North I belive...
Pop a rock in the ambulance and you can either run to the nearby spray shop to get the cops off you
or if you feel gutsy go finish our bodycast-wearing friend off with a couple rockets.

Dont forget to take your car to the pay n sprayshop after you bomb that ambulance so you drive over him with no cops hanging around you!!

I tried to "outsmart" the ambulance by setting up a roadblock, and it didn't work at any time.
If you set up a roadblock, a decoy ambulance will be sent out, complete with blue arrow above and red dot on the radar, and if you shoot it or ram it, or if you get close enough, you will be spotted.
Another trick I tried was to just go to the police station right away. This didn't work either, because there are several gunman waiting for you with artillery guns.
