One of my girls needs a ride, so grab a car and pick up Misty from the Clinic. Then bring her back here.
Remember no-one messes with my girls. So keep your hands on the wheel.

Mission Hint:
This is an easy mission.
Grab a car, any will do, and head over to the Hospital next to the Police Station to pick up Misty.
Pull up next to her, and let her jump in, then drive back to Luigis place and stop on the blue mission marker to let her get out.
